All data is hosted on our secure data centre. Dual redundancy throughout, with 24hr data backup and offsite secure storage.

Database Services
You can upload subscriber databases directly into your account, and have developed a number of automated tools to help you manage your data;
Validation - checks the format of your email addresses, you can unsubscribe all invalid addresses or edit and update individually.
De duping - automatically removes duplicates, reporting on how many were found.
Cleaning - all new databases are cleaned against your unsubscribes. We check, automatically, that new data has any email addresses removed that have previously unsubscribed.

Segmentation - our systems learn what people click on, so you can automatically create segments based on previous mailing responses. We can also build segments within your data based on any other criteria so you can test and mail relevant content to targeted subscribers.
