Anti Spam Policy
Acceptable Use
All recipients of your email must have given permission to use their email address for that specific purpose. For B2C communications there are no exceptions to this, if you are sending a commercial email to a personal email address you must have their explicit permission to do so.
For B2B communications to a business email address, you must have at the very least a commercial relationship with the recipient (not just the organisation), preferably with their explicit permission to use their email address.
Here’s some examples of Acceptable Use

B2C - Subscribed on your website or using our automated subscribe forms giving you permission to email them. |

B2C - Checked a box opting them into receiving emails from you in online surveys, registrations, competitions etc. |

B2C - Bought goods and services from you recently and provided their personal email address WITH EXPLICIT PERMISSION to email them. |

B2B - Bought goods and services from you recently and provided their business email address as part of the transaction. |
 |
B2B - You have purchased a list from a recognised provider who has confirmed the recipients have opted-in to receive communications from third parties |
Unacceptable Use
Here’s some examples of Unacceptable Use

You have scraped, copied or pasted email addresses from the internet or other directories because you think the recipients will want your goods and services. |

You have purchased some data that includes email addresses put the subscribers have NOT given permission for email communications from third parties. |
 |
An individual has purchased something on your website and given their email to confirm the transaction but NOT given express permission to use in an email campaign. |
 |
You have a previous relationship with the individual, but they’ve moved to another organisation. |
You MUST also include the following content in every email you send.
An unsubscribe link – our system will put one in if you do not. And it won’t be formated. To include one, just use #unsubscribe# as your html link, our system will automatically replace it with the correct link.
Your organizations physical address and company name and registration number.
A reply to email address which is monitored.
Every email should include a link to unsubscribe (not a ‘mailto’ email address) – this link should set a flag in the database directly that records the unsubscribe. Enewsletters Limited will automatically include such a link if one does not exist in the email template.
As part of your agreement, you will be asked to indemnify us with regard to any failure on your part to comply with our Anti-Spam policy. Please don't send spammy emails as we will close your account with immediate effect.
